Cancellation

All cancellations must be sent in writing or emailed to the EAFS 2009 Secretariat.

Registration Fees

For registration cancellations received on or before 3rd June 2009, an administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

For registration cancellations received after 3rd June 2009, full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.

Hotel Accommodation

For hotel accommodation cancellations received on or before 3rd June 2009, no charge will be made.

For hotel accommodation cancellations received after 3rd June 2009, the hotel will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay you have booked. Please note that any reduction in the duration of your stay will be treated as a cancellation and the hotel will be entitled to take FULL payment from the card provided.

University Accommodation

No refunds will be given on any cancelled University accommodation.
